How many people can take part in team building?
Indoor: 2–14 people. Outdoor: 2–30 people, currently in German only. Each indoor room accommodates up to 7 players. From 8 players, we run Devils Mountain and The Alchemist at the same time, for up to 14 people. Larger groups can enquire about multiple starts. The English outdoor version is not yet bookable.
How much does team building at Escape Mission cost?
Two pricing models: Indoor escape room prices depend on the number of players in each room – €49 per person with 2 players, down to €25 with 7 players. Outdoor city mission: €150 per tablet for 2–6 people. A full tablet group pays €25 per person. These are the current German-language game prices; the English version is not yet bookable. Prices include VAT. Company invoices are available.
How long does a typical team event take?
Indoor escape room: around 90 minutes including briefing and photo, with 60 minutes of gameplay. Outdoor city mission: at least 3 hours of walking and puzzles. The English version is coming soon. For an indoor room swap, allow two 60-minute rounds plus a break and briefing; both rounds are charged.
Can we get a company invoice?
Yes. Provide your company name, address and VAT number with your enquiry or at least 3 days before the event. Your invoice is emailed after the event, with 14-day payment terms.
Can we choose different formats?
Yes. Popular options include: playing both indoor rooms with a room swap after the first round, or booking multiple starts for a larger group. We help you choose the games and times. An indoor/outdoor combination in English will only be possible once the English outdoor version launches.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your event. Later cancellations are charged at 50% of the booking total; no-shows at 100%. You can also reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the event.
What makes Escape Mission different?
Our experience: thousands of companies have played with us since 2013, from startups to corporations. We offer indoor escape rooms for up to 14 people at once and German-language outdoor missions for up to 30 people on five tablets. We help with game selection, team splits and booking times. English outdoor gameplay is coming soon.
Can several teams play at the same time?
Absolutely. Indoor: Devils Mountain and The Alchemist can run together, with two teams of 2–7 people – up to 14 players indoors). Outdoor: up to 5 tablets in parallel, for up to 30 players. Teams play simultaneously and can compare times and results. Outdoor is currently German-only; the English version is not yet bookable.
Does the outdoor mission run in the rain?
Yes. Our outdoor missions generally run throughout the year and in normal rain, drizzle or wind. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
In heavy rain, thunderstorms, storms or conditions that prevent safe or sensible play, we will find a solution together: you can reschedule free of charge or receive the booking value as a gift voucher.
If heavy rain starts during your game, you can pause and take shelter. If conditions make it unsafe or impossible to continue, stop the mission and return the equipment. We will review the situation fairly and arrange a new date or a voucher. Cash refunds are not provided under this weather arrangement.
Can I switch an indoor booking to an outdoor mission, or vice versa?
Yes, within the free cancellation or rescheduling period, up to 24 hours before your booking.
Our indoor missions are operated by Sharkfin Entertainment KGand our outdoor missions by Sharkfin Outdoor Entertainment KG – these are separate contracting companies. Within that period, we can cancel the original booking free of charge and make a new booking with the other operator, subject to availability. Any difference in price will be charged or credited accordingly.
Once the free cancellation period has ended, switching between indoor and outdoor is no longer possible; the original booking’s cancellation policy applies. Please note: the outdoor game is currently German-only. An English outdoor booking is not yet possible.
