Our Escape Room in Vienna contains tricky puzzles and codes and is designed for adults. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that players must be at least 14 years old if they are not accompanied by an adult.

To ensure a smooth game flow, we ask you and your team to be on site 10 minutes before the booked game time. Please try not to arrive too early or too late. We want to give all teams the best possible Escape Room experience and this only works if the schedule can be kept. You will receive a short briefing from one of our staff members before the game starts with all the necessary information about the game. Important: You are not really locked in at any time and you can leave the Escape Room at any time. You do not play with strangers in a group. You play only with your own team.

It can sometimes happen that your confirmation mail ends up in your SPAM ORDNER. Please check the SPAM folder also on the page of the used email provider in your browser. At the end of the booking process you can select your desired payment method. You can choose whether you want to pay on site in CASH or in advance online with VISA, MASTERCARD, EPS- Banktransfer or PAYPAL.

Of course, this is not a problem. Should the exact number of players change before the game begins, the difference will simply be settled on site. If you have an Escape Room voucher, this also applies.

Please note: It is not possible to book two of our Escape Rooms in Vienna at the same time and then only play one room. In this case, one of the rooms must be canceled in due time.
